Sir Henry Every Bt., chairman

A former Deloitte partner, Henry has advised businesses in a wide range of situations, including providing strategic advice at Board level, and dealing with regulatory issues. He is Chairman of the Derby Cathedral Council, a Governor of Repton School and was Chairman of Queen’s Hospital. He became High Sheriff of Derbyshire in 2009, is a Deputy Lieutenant of Derbyshire and holds the Freedom of the City of London.

Andrew Baud, managing director

With over 20 years experience in branding, communications and public relations and having worked both in leading consultancies and in senior in-house roles, Andrew is a strategic communications consultant with a hands-on and practical approach. His early career was in financial services with Lincoln Financial Group and Eagle Star. His work has secured awards from both the PRCA and PRWeek. He has managed successful programmes for clients including Barclays, Oxfam and the John Lewis Partnership.
